Currently just exploring but most probably will go for it, the project looks good, pricing is also competitive only problem is they don't take OTP, I have been in contact with various cps

Not really but i was hoping for it, I have been in the similar situation before but most builders agree to take otp after a while just not officially.

What configuration are you looking into

Myscape is a great builder, they give timely handover, plans are good, no litigations issues you can go for them. ASBL I don't know much about I was going through broadway brochure plans are better then palma pricing is also great, not sure about the builder history

ASBL is also a good choice I have a unit in spectra. Why I chose it personally was because of the transparency, on the other hand it was hard to gather details about myscape.

Myscape road has great projects all over you can go without worries for either of them.

I would need more details to suggest which one is better like you budget, your purpose of buying also the timeline of handover you want

Yes tower B is too small for me I require atleast 2500+ sft , as after removing common areas and all carpet area would be max arounf 1600 sft

None of them offer OTP so if you're going for loan I suggest go for Broadway for their pre launch offer.

can’t believe how much this area has changed … 10 years back, this road was so quiet and open. Now with MyScape launching another tower, skyscrapers are popping up everywhere! Hyderabad is slowly turning into a mini-Shanghai But honestly, traffic here is already too much- don’t know how it’ll be once all these high-rises are occupied. City’s growing super fast, which is great, but hope roads and infrastructure also catch up. Been living in Hyderabad for years now, and it's crazy to see how far we’ve come. Feels like watching your own city grow up in front of your eyes
